Following assurances from the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), the issues affecting the disbursement of NELFUND upkeep payments are currently being resolved.

According to NANS President, Comrade Akintoye Babatunde, discussions with NELFUND leadership were productive, and students can expect upkeep payments to resume once the ongoing resolutions are finalized.

He further assured beneficiaries that all outstanding upkeep payments owed to eligible students will be fully disbursed, urging students to remain calm and patient as the process is being concluded.

NANS reiterated its commitment to ensuring that no student is denied the financial support due to them under the NELFUND scheme.
