The Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, is pleased to invite the general public, graduands, alumni, and the entire university community to its 18th Convocation Ceremony.

This week-long celebration marks the culmination of years of academic rigor and research excellence, honoring the achievements of our undergraduate and postgraduate scholars.

II. INFORMATION FOR GRADUANDS

Academic Regalia: Graduands are expected to collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Offices. Please ensure all outstanding fees are settled to facilitate a smooth collection process.

Punctuality: For the degree award ceremonies (Wednesday and Thursday), all graduands must be seated in the Great Hall by 10:00 AM for the formal academic procession.

Alumni Registration: All graduands are encouraged to participate in the Alumni Day on Monday to formally integrate into the LAUTECH Alumni Association.

III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUESTS AND PARENTS

Access: Access to the Great Hall will be strictly by invitation or official tag to ensure compliance with hall capacity and security protocols.

Parking: Designated parking areas will be managed by University Security. Guests are advised to follow directional signs upon entering the campus.

Livestreaming: For well-wishers unable to attend physically, the ceremonies on Wednesday and Thursday will be broadcast live on the university’s official social media channels.
