This is to inform all students who are beneficiaries of the NELFUND Programme that the Agency has issued specific requirements for processing requests for a change of programme/course or a change of institution
Students intending to make such changes are hereby directed to submit the following documents :
- Formal Request Letter
- The request must be made in writing and addressed to the institution.
- It must clearly state the nature of the change: change of institution or change of programme/course of study.
- Required Information
The body of the letter must clearly contain the following details:
- Old matriculation number
- New matriculation number
- Old JAMB registration number
- New JAMB registration number
- Bank Verification Number (BVN)
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Loan Application ID
- Active phone number
- Email address
- Format of Submission
- The letter must be typed, duly signed, scanned into PDF format, and forwarded to the institutional email designated for records.
- Alternatively, a signed hard copy may be submitted, subject to the preference of the Desk Officer.
- Supporting Documents
The following must be attached to the request:
- Admission letter and JAMB admission letter from the previous institution/programme
- Admission letter and JAMB admission letter from the new institution/programme
Students are advised to comply strictly with these guidelines to avoid delays in processing their requests.
