The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially deactivated all unique CAPS portal links that allowed candidates to check their admission status without logging in with email and password.

In addition, JAMB has updated the 2025 portal to now require biometric (thumbprint) verification before uploading of O'Level results. 

This update will require candidates to visit approved cbt centre to get their results uploaded.

Candidates are now required to visit any approved CBT centre for this process. 

If you don’t have access to the email used during registration, apply for email correction at a CBT centre.
